商业与管理学院携手国内外知名零售品牌，开展全方位课程合作。在每一门课程中，均实现教师与行业从业者强强联合。教学采用基于问题的学习法、案例研究法以及商业模拟等方式，依托灵活的课程体系与自主学习模式，课程尾声，学生需完成毕业论文，并参与国内外实习项目。
